印染廠專用聚丙烯酰胺是復合型高分子聚合物。它可以有效地使洗煤水澄清，使水中的細小顆粒迅速結團沉降，提高了泥煤的回收量，從而達到節約用水，防止污染等效果。印染污泥處理時藥劑的選用及用量需根據污泥來源的不同而區別對待，從污水處理規模、污泥產量、藥劑來源、藥劑投加量、運行費用、泥餅含水率等方面著手，因地制宜，綜合考量。
Polyacrylamide for printing and dyeing is a composite polymer. It can effectively clarify the printing and dyeing water, quickly agglomerate and settle the fine particles in the water, and improve the recovery of printing and dyeing, so as to save water and prevent pollution. The selection and dosage of reagents in the treatment of printing and dyeing sludge should be treated differently according to the different sources of sludge. The scale of sewage treatment, sludge output, source of reagents, dosage of reagents, operation cost and moisture content of mud cake should be considered comprehensively according to local conditions.
 
印染廠專用聚丙烯酰胺有吸濕性、絮凝性、粘合性、降阻性、增稠性、同時穩定性好。該產品的分子能與分散于溶液中的懸浮粒子架橋吸附,有著極強的絮凝作用。本公司聚丙烯酰胺產品分作：陰離子型、陽離子型、不同分子量不同離子度的四種系列產品。目前，印染廠受其規模限制，廢水量一般處理量約6萬立方/天。污水處理時，污泥經過初步調理，進行壓榨處理即可，在脫水的過程中要用到大量的絮凝劑作為污泥脫水藥劑使用， 用于污泥處理的絮凝劑很多，有硫酸鋁、三氯化鐵、硫酸亞鐵、聚合氯化鋁、聚合硫酸鋁、聚丙烯酰胺等，各種藥劑均有其適用范圍和優缺點。

At present, the printing and dyeing plant is limited by its scale, and the amount of wastewater is generally about 60,000 cubic meters per day. In sewage treatment, sludge can be treated by pressing after preliminary conditioning. In the process of dewatering, a large number of flocculants are used as sludge dewatering agents. There are many flocculants for sludge treatment, such as aluminium sulfate, ferric trichloride, ferrous sulfate, polyaluminium chloride, polyaluminium sulfate, polyacrylamide, etc. All kinds of agents have their application scope, advantages and disadvantages.

產品包裝為25KG/袋（打托），也可根據客戶需求定制包裝，干粉產品長期露置會吸潮結塊，應存儲與陰涼通風干燥處，有效存儲期2年。
