電鍍廠水處理聚丙烯酰胺分子量大不意味著性能就好,分子量小也不意味著性能就差,主要還是要看用途,如果在污水處理領域用來脫泥,還得結合脫泥設備和污泥性質,如果是用在傳統的履帶式壓濾機,分子量很高可能會導致濾布堵塞,脫水性差等問題,影響脫水效果;如果用在離心式脫泥機,因其工作原理不同,分子量要求就要高一點,要求產生的絮團能盡量耐剪切,也可以理解為絮團要足夠結實,所以要選擇分子量較高的產品。
